Our pricing is uncomplicated.

Our services are offered on a no contract basis.

We quote a Flat Rate for our services. All-inclusive. No hidden Charges.

For a flat rate just provide us with a good estimate of your call volume and average length of calls. We will then set a flat rate to your satisfaction.

If a client's call volume fluctuates from month to month or is seasonal, it may be more economical to be charged on a time basis for only the actual time our operators are connected to callers. Our system tracks time in six second increments.

On a time basis, we invoice a low minimum charge that covers the first hour of calls and then we charge pennies for each additional six second increment after the first hour. There are absolutely no other ongoing charges. When service is started we do require a one time set up fee and a refundable deposit; but that is it.

There is also never a charge for calling in to us to retrieve messages or update instructions using the special telephone number that we provide.

If required, a toll free number to will be provided at no additional cost. (For flat rate customers a toll free number will be provided at cost.)

You may find it difficult to compare prices quoted by different message centers as pricing methods vary greatly.

Some centers charge a fee per each incoming or outgoing call, others charge on the basis of how long a call lasts. Often mainentance and operator work time charges are specified along with various monthly surcharges. We encourage potential clients to shop around and make sure that they are being quoted for all charges.

DO NOT ACCEPT PRICING ON A PER CALL BASIS!

Most businesses receive unwanted calls from solicters, hang-ups, wrong numbers, office hours inquiries and so forth. If a client is being charged on a "per call" basis, the same 70ยข or $1 per call fee is levied each time an unwanted call or hang up is received no matter how long the operator is on the phone.
